Operation Fresh Start
Operation Fresh Start (OFS) programs are designed for a critical time in life: the transition to adulthood. They provide a path forward for emerging adults through mentoring, education, and employment training. OFS graduates earn their high school diploma, driver’s license, and certifications in construction and conservation and gain college/career readiness skills. Participants also give back to the community, building affordable homes for low-income families and completing conservation projects and environmental justice work in city and county parks. After program completion, OFS staff support graduates transitioning into post-secondary education and life-sustaining employment.
Playful Acorns
Based in Madison, Samantha Cora writes children’s picture books that explore mental health and conservation themes, such “Waverly Braves the Breeze: The Story of a Galapagos Albatross.” She also created Playful Acorns to connect kids (ages 0-5+) and their caregivers with each other, nature, and the Dane County community through collaborative enrichment activities and local resources.
Three Gaits - No Booth
Three Gaits is a therapeutic horsemanship center in Stoughton, WI, aiming to provide equine assisted services to people with disabilities. Three Gaits offers recreational therapeutic riding lessons, therapy utilizing hippotherapy, and the Riding in the Moment™ program for people living with dementia and their caregivers. Founded in 1983, our team continues our strong history to provide riders of all ages the opportunity to find joy and positive growth through meaningful horsemanship experiences.

Triquestrian, LLC is a state certified Integrated Behavioral Health Clinic. Our mission is to create opportunities for individuals, families and communities to experience hope and healing through connected relationships. All of our services are rooted in Natural Lifemanship, a principle-based, trauma-focused therapeutic framework. Inner Peace Press is a traditional publisher in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, empowers independent authors to share transformative stories that inspire hope and understanding. These books help readers realize they're not alone and offer insights into unfamiliar experiences. Publisher Heather Felty provides heart-led writing coaching to guide authors through the process of crafting their manuscripts. The press also publishes children’s books that inspire the next generation to live balanced lives, especially during difficult times.

The Office for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
The Office for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH) provides information and referral services on a variety of topics tailored to the unique needs of Deaf, Deaf-Blind, or hard of hearing residents, including, but not limited to the following: Available Technologies for Accessibility, Community Services and Resources and Communicating with People Who Are Deaf, hard of hearing and Deaf-Blind. The Behavioral Health Initiative (BHI) was designed with the goal of improving access, quality, and outcomes of behavioral health care services for people who are Deaf, hard of hearing, and Deaf-Blind.

Reach Dane provides high-quality early childhood services to over 1,000 underserved children ages 0-5 in Dane and Green County through center based and home visitation programs.
PFLAG Mount Horeb
PFLAG Mt. Horeb provides education, advocacy and support to the LGBTQ community, their family, friends and allies. Our organization also provides education to the community to increase understanding and make the community a safe space for all people.
Wisconsin Family Connections Center
The Wisconsin Family Connections Center (WiFCC) provides equitable services for parents and caregivers partnering to raise children and youth through kinship care, foster care, and post-permanency, including reunification, adoption, and guardianship. Services include family events, support groups (both in-person and online), information and referrals, trainings and conferences, and case management. Tri 4 Schools is a nonprofit organization that supports the mental, physical, and emotional wellness of children through events and afterschool programs that get kids moving. The Behavioral Health Resource Center
The Behavioral Health Resource Center (BHRC) is a non-crisis, voluntary person and family centered service designed to help all Dane County residents access behavioral health services, regardless of insurance status, financial status, age, identity, ability or legal status. The BHRC assists Dane County residents from all ages, backgrounds and walks of life.
Better Body
A wellness studio, offering therapeutic massage, skin care and health coaching services. Our studio on the west side of Madison offers massages and facials to reduce physical and mental stress using modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, cupping and Reiki. We also offer corporate chair massages. Our owner, Kaitlin has over 14 years experience in the health and wellness industry. She works with high achiever moms who are feeling a lot of pressure to prioritize their health and help them figure out a way to balance it all and feel like themselves again!

Oregon Mental Health Services, LLC is a state certified outpatient mental health clinic with offices in Oregon and Dodgeville, WI. We serve children 4-18, families, adults and couples. OMHS provides school-based psychotherapy in 11 school districts in Southern and Southwestern Wisconsin, offering schools and families more accessible mental health care for children and teens. Our therapists are trained to treat depression, anxiety, adjustment challenges and trauma, using a strength-based approach.
Pet Loss Resource Center
Pet Loss Resource Center provides supportive services to those grieving the death of a beloved pet. The loss of a pet can be similar to losing a child for many. Too often this loss is unrecognized by the general public so their expression of grief is hidden away and can result in complicated grief. We provide safe space to remember and grieve these special pets. We offer support groups In person and virtually. We also offer individual support and workshops on various topics.

Sexual Violence Resource Center
The Rape Crisis Center (RCC) provides sexual violence resources for Dane County. For survivors and their support people we provide therapy and emotional support, medical and legal advocacy, 24-hour helplines in English and Spanish, and support groups. We also provide community education and trainings, feminist self-defense classes, Safer Bar nightlife training, and paid youth advisory board positions.
