Led by Matthew Kaharudin, from the Center for Healthy Minds, UW-Madison where he conducts research on how meditation can be used to promote wellbeing. Since Matthew learned meditation at a silent meditation retreat 6 years ago, his life was transformed for the better, as he was freed from past issues of depression. From that point on, he has dedicated his life to learning more about meditation through a scientific lens and share the practice with others as much as possible.
